FROM SEEDS TO SOULS

From the first seed planted to the soul nourished, this five-course experience weaves together the wisdom of our ancestors. Each dish honours birth, tradition, and the shared rituals of nourishment. Guided by chefs of Ethiopian, Trinidadian, Jamaican, and Turkish heritage, we gather not only to taste but to remember, reclaim, and celebrate.

Join us on Sunday October 26th at 6PM at Neulokal Restaurant for a 5-course tasting menu, with wine a pairing from Nyarai Cellars, presented by winemaker Steve Byfield.

Guided by Noir Experience Executive chefs Yohannes Asres (Ethiopian) and Adisa Glasgow (Trinidadian), joined by guest Chef Kamoy (Jamaican) and Neulokal’s Head Chef (Turkish), this evening celebrates ancestral traditions, community, and storytelling through food.

Proceeds in support of Ocama Collective, a community-directed group of birth workers of colour in Tkaronto reclaiming traditional and holistic birthing practices.
